With a healthy body and a healthy mind you can be unstoppable in all areas of your life. Like any other body part our brains are basically built out of all the food we eat, food also affects our emotions. “If”we give our bodies higher quality fuel it will work better from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet.
Research over the last decade has increasingly shown us that mental and physical health are part of the whole and can not be separated. My friends we must focus on keeping our body and our mind healthy, by doing so we will live a more fulfilling life in all that we do. Take charge of your body and mine by exercising and eating healthy food, you will feel more confident, more energized, and more motivated.
If you haven’t already begin good nutritional habits now would be a good time to start. Exercising can be difficult with our schedule, however you know you can make it work, by the way it is a bonus to all of this, your SEX will be better you heard correct your SEX will be better.
I am not asking you to start hard, I’m only suggesting that you begin with baby steps, begin your exercising program with a walk everyday, in each new week add something new to your exercise program, such as stretches, sit ups and so forth until you have incorporated an exercises program that affects each part of your body.
Change some of your eating habits by replacing that bag of chips or candy bar with fruit, replace that sugar drink with water or juice. Embrace the change by knowing you will feel better, your thinking will be sharper, and your chances of living a longer quality life will be in your favor.
“If” you are married or you have a girlfriend or boyfriend get them involved. Things like biking, kayaking, and boot-campclasses were practically made for couples. Tell him or her you want to be more active and that you believe it will be a good way to spend more time together, and it will. It will become a positive journey for both of you I guarantee, you will have no regrets.
