Know your workout beforehand.
Before you walk into the health club, write your work out the night before or write down your workout for the entire week or the entire month. The point is known what you’re going to do before you walk through the door of the gym or health club.
Yes, I’m repeating myself because I see so many people that don’t have the slightest clue what they’re going to do for that day. Yes, I am aware your e-trainer is always a phone call away however some gyms are cracking down on smartphone use.
I promise you, if you write out a workout plan for yourself you will be more motivated and definitely in tune in what you are doing, you will progress more.
One final point keep in mind your muscles have memory, so you need to change up your workout every month.
Always keep your muscles in suspense, by doing so you will progress a lot quicker.
