Strength. Speed. Power.
With body awesomeness, improving your breathing is one of very best ways to improve your immune system and your physical response.
Let’s get started:
- Create a soft surface, do a set of pushups end the set a few reps short of failure.
- Record how many you did, rest at least 20 minutes.
- Next, do 40 reps of the following breathing exercise; max inhale (raise the chest); then do a let-go exhale (drop the chest sharply), let the latter be thought of as a short “hah”. If you’re doing this correctly, after 20 to 30 reps you may feel a little lightheaded and a bit tingly (in your hands at first).
- On the final cycle, inhale completely, exhale completely, then do another set of push-ups.
Often you’ll see an increase in your max number of pushups.
May your workout be all that you want it to be
Humbly yours Paul Earl
