STAYING IN GOOD HEALTH

Get the first ten minutes of your day right, expose yourself to as much light as possible, even if the sun is not up. Light of the morning has a biological stimulating effect, it doesn’t matter if your eyes are closed. It is how our internal clock knows it is time to start our day. Consistency is our key, stick to your routine, research has shown consequences like weight gain, and even a higher risk of heart disease can arise from an unstable wake-up schedule. So please find a wake-up schedule that works for you every day of the week, however an hour or two difference in time is fine for the weekend.

Food needs to be on schedule also, the time of our meal should also stay consistent throughout the week. Have your biggest meal in the morning, for lunch make it a smaller meal, an a even smaller meal for dinner. Do your beat to try not to eat no later than 9pm, by the way, research do suggests eating close to your bedtime can disrupt the quality of your sleep.

As we all know exercise is an excellent way to boost your immune system, way? it builds muscles. However, when you are experiencing the flu or a cold it is not good to exercise, it can make things much worse.

Sometimes we all need to slow down to take care of ourselves. Meditation is one of the most effective feel-better techniques out there. Can relieve muscle tension, relieve mental stress, make you feel confident, to handle whatever may come your way. Do, understand spending some time on your mat, will benefit your heart, brain. And your bones. Yes, yes yoga does all of these things simultaneously, says Timothy McCall, MD. Even 10 t0 20 minutes a day is valuable to turn stress, anxiety into better health with more happiness.

My dear friends I say to you, LET IT ALL GO do you hear me, LET IT ALL GO, before you go to sleep. Going to bed angry can only ruin your next day, and also your foreseeable future. The people who let negative emotional responses to stress be carry to the following day are more likely to have health problems with physical limitations years later. Before you go to sleep grab a sheet of paper, write down any negative feelings, try to come to terms with them before you go to sleep.

I sincerely hope this will help you live a healthier longer peaceful happier life

May your workout be all that you want it to be, humbly yours Paul Earl

  1. Thanks for this tips you’ve shared. I also noticed that whenever I eat late, I tend to oversleep and feel tired when I wake up. For that reason, I always eat dinner early and keep it small. It’s also good to spend some time meditating and reliving yourself of the stress of the day before going to bed.

Thanks for this health tips, I really found them helpful

  3. Just what I needed. Been thinking of learning a lot more about meditation and considering taking up yoga. I have always known the benefit of routine but in the last year, I didn’t disrupt my routine, from eating a bit later than I used to which was before 6pm to working late. And it has now started to affect my health. Our health has to be very important to us and exercising helps a great deal.

  4. Your article is appreciated. Staying in good mood health is a key to healthy living. I once had a bad day at office and I couldn’t just get my mind off it and it was carried over to the next day, I tell you all night I was just awake and I couldn’t sleep. Therefore I any time I find myself in such situations, I choose to exercise myself or meditation to clear my head and mind. Thanks for your post

  7. This was a very useful post that is full of great tips for starting and ending the day. Most certainly when you take care of the little things, staying in good health becomes an easier task. In fact, your whole day can be positively affected using the tips you provide.

In my own experiences over the years, having a routine has been helpful and kept things balanced in most areas of my life, as much as possible anyway. The morning routine you recommend mirrors my actions, and the night routine is close as well. Getting good sleep, having a productive day, and a positive outlook helps a lot.

The working out regimen and diet also add to this sense of well-being from my experience,. Overall, it really comes down to getting to know your body and working with it as opposed to poisoning it with bad habits, bad food, and too little exercise. It can be hard to get started if improvements need to be made, but getting started is important.

I feel more motivated than ever after reading this post, excellent advice and guidance. Thanks!

I’m going to give you a tip, you must view your  workout schedule as you view your breakfast, lunch, and dinner, never make a habit of skipping your workout. I’m sure that you have seen people owning weights and the weights are sitting in the garage or basement collecting dust. Try to find a workout partner, that way you will help each other to stay committed. It will take a few months before you notice a big difference in your body appearance. However you will start feeling better within the first couple weeks, your confidence will be boost also. You stay committed your life will be better in every single area. I try to eat healthy most of the time but for some reason I cannot lose any weight, maybe it’s because I’m not moving? I also gotta stay away from all these negative news stories that’s all over the internet, it’s really putting me in a bad mood before I sleep.. Great tips overall, thanks for the article.
