With everything that is going on in our world now, this is indeed the perfect way to workout. I am a personal trainer, and the gyms and health clubs around the Boston area have begun to open up. And I have been meeting my clients at the local Health clubs however, you have to wear masks inside the gym when you are working out. And this my dear friends is not good because wearing that mask when you are jogging or exercising or working-out is not good for your health at all. And of course, the paranoia of the virus is always in the back of your head.

May good health and prosperity be always with you.

Humbly yours Paul Earl.

  1. I was an avid fan of cycling classes a few years ago.  During this pandemic I am doing my own routines and following a few links of excellent fitness instructors.  But I wish to go back to cycling ‘coz I truly feel and see the benefits of this workout.  I am wondering it Peloton is offering a good payment plan if I purchase a bicycle.  Thank you!

    1. Good evening @Marou, thank you for visiting weightlifting lifting for a beautiful world. My way of thinking is with everything that’s going on in the world now, and if you want your body to be in the best health that it can be, this is a good path to walk. And as you have pointed out, it is definitely beneficial. Once again, thank you for visiting us, and if it is ever anything at all that we can do for you please reach out.  Stay healthy my friend. May good health and prosperity be always with you, humbly years Paul Earl.

  2. Wow, the truth is that it is a surprising idea.

To be honest, I really like to exercise alone, but I “lack” that part of the group, which sometimes motivates me to give that extra movement

With this I can see that personal training can be very well balanced with group energy.

Are there pre-existing routines or are they mostly virtual encounters? I don’t know if I managed to understand it well there.

In addition, with this, none of the characteristics that make the solo run a good option are lost! Scream, cheer up yourself, celebrate a good achievement, and of course sweat like crazy and be able to take off your sweatshirt without fear of being told anything. And yes, you have to be honest, that happens to many of us.

Especially those of us who don’t have a superstar body! :RE

I’m going to take a look at the page and the product, to learn more
Thank you very much for the contribution

    Regards
    Paul

    1. Good evening @Jason, very nice of you to stop by to visit us here at weightlifter for a beautiful world, we appreciate that. Yes indeed my dear friend, this is the future, especially with what’s going on within our world concerning the virus.  I am a personal trainer, and there have been a few health club & gyms that have open here in Boston Massachusetts. Which I had to meet a few of my clients, all of them of course, you must wear a mask and that my dear friend is not good for your health. When you are working out or cycling or using a treadmill in fact, it can cause a person to be hospitalized. Although, a few of my clients are insisting to go this way, I am very much against it for health reasons. I have recommended my own clients to use these virtual sites because they work and there are safe and you don’t need to wear a mask when you are at home. So all in all my friend, this is a very good thing indeed, if you want to stay in the best physical health that you can be in. Once again, we thank you for visiting us, and if it’s ever anything at all that we can do for you by all means reach Out. May good health and prosperity be always with you, humbly your Paul Earl.

It’s an annoying cycle for someone who’s not so much into fitness but still likes to be active. This piece really opened my eyes to a whole new platform and new ideas to integrate to my routines, or perhaps make a whole new routine. I will definitely be checking this program out in more depth to see how it would benefit me.
